The planning program is a comprehensive planning process which will create a policy statement to guide future development of the 90-acre site. The Jericho Lands are within the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
